Countdown to Spielberg

5 years have flown by since I took my role at the HWA Mercedes-AMG DTM team. Each year I have been getting deeper and deeper into the Team. The key targets have been Team building and motivation not just with the six drivers but with the team as a whole. Looking back it has been an excellent experience and one that is transferable into any sport/business.

Now as we prepare to head into the sunset after 30 years in the series we are zeroing in on the last 4 races (2 race weekends) of our current and final campaign.

We currently lead the championship but there are many variables in Motorsport so focus on every detail has to be ‘on point’ for all of us.

First stop is Spielberg, Austria. Lets see how the cards fall for us….
